Water-based Aluminium Paste
NiYaFu water-based aluminium paste, is an environmentally friendly water-based paint, the use of inorganic silica coating, regular shape, size distribution of concentration, good match with the coating system, stability is very good, can be stored for a long time, excellent anti-aging,excellent UV resistance, water resistance, high temperature, molecular arrangement is good, the total solid content of 90%, non-toxic non-corrosive.Does not contain metal particles, which work can be biodegradable.Different with other resins, water-based aluminium paste has same high hrightness with the metal particles.Widely used in paints, inks, paints, printing and other industries.It can be divided into two categories: the water-based non-leafing aluminum paste series and the water-based floating aluminium paste series.

A, The water-based non-leafing aluminium paste series:
1,Imitation aluminium plating series: 5um, 8um, 10um, 13um imitation aluminium plating has excellent effects, color white, with excellent brightness, metallic and covering power.
2, Fine silver series: 8um, 10um, 14um, 20um fine aluminium paste is the cover rate of the good characteristics of good stability, good performance of heat and light reflection, heat and strong, difficult to change under high temperature baking.Aluminium lighter density, transfer performance is good.
3, Strong flash silver series: 20um, 30um, 40um, 50um, 60um fine particle strong flash aluminium is better partial small bright flash of light flashing aluminium, narrow size distribution and coverage of high, narrow size distribution,surface smooth, shining very strong sense of metal shine effect pigments, Niya Fu has a unique flash of aluminium flashing effect, metallic and high brightness, widely used in automobile paint, motorcycle paint, bicycle paint and high quality industrial paint.
B, The water-based floating aluminium paste series:
Floating-type aluminum paste with a better reflection of visible light, infrared light, ultraviolet light, a higher corrosion resistance. Widely used for: paint, ink, paint, plastics, rubber, printing, printing, leather, toys, handicrafts, Christmas gifts, car rigs, light jewelry, appliances, and other high-end line of business.
Usage:
1,Pre-dispersed solvent: (distilled) water, isopropyl alcohol or alcohol;
2,Pre-dispersed, the paste in proportion 1:1 with the solvent, a good pre-dispersed slurry was added to the resin emulsion (water-based leveling agent added is about 1 ~ 2%) in the mixing;
3,Avoid mixing high-speed mixing, stirring time about half an hour, the speed at 500 rpm / minute, stir well and chill for 2 hours (the effect will be more better);
4,PH value of the resin emulsion is between 7 to 8.5, in order to avoid an abnormal chemical reaction.
